This Privacy Policy describes how SENYARD Group ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you visit our website or submit an enquiry, and explains your rights and how to exercise them. We process this data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Chinese data-protection law.

2. What Data We Collect
We only collect data that is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to operate the website:
- Enquiry form data: your name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type/version, device information, and server log entries.
- Cookies: small text files stored on your device (see section 7).
3. Purposes & Legal Basis
- Responding to your enquiry / performance of a contract: we use your form data to reply and to prepare quotations or product information.
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and improving the website's functionality and content.
- Consent: only where you have given explicit consent — e.g. optional analytics cookies or marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with categories of trusted service providers who help us operate the site and business, such as:
- Web hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Email / communication service providers;
- Analytics and advertising providers (only with your consent — see sections 7–8).
These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
5. Data Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and for the legitimate business/legal follow-up of it (typically up to 3 years from the last contact), after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short, standard security period.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access, rectify or erase your personal data;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Data portability;
- Withdraw your consent at any time;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU member state.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@senyard.cn.
7. Cookies
We use the following cookie categories:
- Essential cookies: required for the website to function (session, language preference, the cookie-consent choice). These are always active.
- Analytics / marketing cookies: only loaded after you choose "Accept All". Choosing "Reject Non-Essential" keeps only essential cookies.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies/local storage for this site.
8. Third-party Analytics & Advertising
Our site may use privacy-respecting analytics and, once you accept non-essential cookies, standard tools such as Google Analytics / Google Ads to measure and improve traffic. These are loaded only after consent. If no such tool is currently active on a given page, no third-party tracking is performed.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers and business operations are based in China. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
10. Security Measures
We implement technical and organisational measures such as HTTPS encryption, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
11. Contact & Updates
For any privacy-related request, email info@senyard.cn or write to us at the address above. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page.
